Snouted Cobra

Zimbabwe, Transvaal Lowveld, Mozambique, northern Kwazulu-Natal, Eastern Botswana, Northern Cape, Zambia,

Long but not so slender snakes. Average 1,2m but may reach 2,5 – 3m in length

Above: Yellowish, brown with darker areas. Below: Yellow mottled with black markings or even broken bands.
